Thank you for your interest in joining the Trinity School team! Trinity is a special community where everyone, from the students to the employees, flourish.
Founded in 1951, Trinity School is an independent school serving children age three through Sixth Grade. We create a community of learners in a diverse and distinctly elementary-only environment, in which each child develops the knowledge, skills, and character to achieve his or her unique potential as a responsible, productive, and compassionate member of the School and greater community.
Trinity School is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran status, or disability in regards to our recruiting, hiring, and promoting practices.
Competitive Benefits
Trinity’s benefits include employer contributions to group health insurance, a health savings account, dental insurance, and long-term care insurance. In addition, the School offers vision insurance and flexible spending accounts, a generous matching retirement plan, and company-paid life insurance and short-term and long-term disability.
Continuing education is a priority at Trinity. Every year, funds are set aside for employees to be reimbursed for college coursework. Generous funds are designated each year for off-campus professional learning opportunities and employees receive weekly on-site professional development. Additionally, each year employees may choose to apply for special grants that allow award recipients to design their own learning plans at local, national, and international venues.
Employees receive discounted after-school care and enjoy free daily lunch. Also, employees are surrounded by a loving parent community. The Parents’ Association has a committee dedicated to organizing numerous employee appreciation projects throughout the year.
